Ship of the Moment

Though peace is fragile and always in danger of slipping away, the desire and need to explore the unknown remains. Task Force 22 - "The Pathfinders" has been formed to address that need. In the wake of the Dominion War, Borg attacks, and the Shinzon Crisis, the ships of TF22 are focused on returning to Starfleet's ideals of peaceful exploration.

Stationed at the very edge of Federation space, the ships and crews of Task Force 22 have been tasked with exploring strange, new worlds, seeking out new life forms and new civilizations, and boldly going where few have gone before.  Based out of Starbase 386, Task Force 22 actively seeks new races and unknown phenomena in the regions of space between and beyond the Breen Confederacy and Elyshan Empire.
